I specialize in assisting my clients with the purchasing and selling of residential and commercial properties in the Florence area.
Experience
I have over 20 years of real estate experience including 9 years in the residential appraisal business, 7 years in neighborhood development, construction and community sales at The Country Club of South Carolina and have been a Broker and Sales Manager for Griggs-Floyd & Grantham, Inc. since January 2002. I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative and e-Pro Technology Designations. With all of that experience, I am sure that I can help you with your real estate needs!
Personal
I am a graduate of Francis Marion University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration where I have also served on the Alumni Advisory Board. I am a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church where I serve as on the Praise and Worship Team. I am past President of the Realtor Association of the Greater Pee Dee and received the 2005 REALTOR of the Year for RAGPD. I serve as Chair of the SCAR Legislative Group and am the Vice President of Region 5. I have served in numerous other capacities with both groups. I serve on the Consolidated Planning Commission for Florence County and the Board of Directors of the Greater Florence Habitat for Humanity.
I am married to the former Jenny Langston of Florence and the father of two girls, Campbell and Olivia and one son, Ward.
